Once all the steps are done and all the measurements are observed properly, you can now pour the mixture into a spray bottle. Of course, you just have to spray it on your neck and temple areas. Do it every morning as a preventive measure. However, if you already have lice, just spray 12 times per day and then rub your scalp and hair with your hand. You should not worry about touching your hair because the ingredients are safe for you to touch, unless you are allergic to the essential oils that were mentioned.
